Tom Richards is the Sales

vacation properties. Tom has been in the vacation rental
business all his life, having worked with his grandfather. He
grew up working with vacation properties and their owners and
guests. Tom and his family moved to Florida in 2002 and bought

unit, will they be renting it out, short or long term? Then Tom
will find the best properties available and present them to the
prospective buyer. Then he will work with the buyer and the
builder to work out a good deal that works for everyone.

condominium when you aren't using it, Tom is very well versed in
all the things that you will need to prepare it for rentals.
